are there any good tree sapling seller that anyone would recommend.i need oak,pine and silver beech saplings

Do you mean 'whips'? They are all much for muchness. A Google search should through up a few suppliers near to you. Prices vary between 0.28p and 1.50 depending on what your after.

depends on quantity, if only 500 or less it maybe better for you to order from a local wholesale nursery. If you are thetford notts try greenmile nursery, even though they do mature specimens, they have to buy in smaller trees to grown on. Also they will have excellent trade contacts, This applies to most wholesale growers and they will get frequent deliveries. The Uk trade is a small world these days.

 

Otherwise Cheviot or alba for plugs I recommend plugs for pine

Park farm for bare root.
