Skiing noooooooo you wouldn't catch me on 2 planks :001_tt2::lol:

But hoping to go boarding in France and grab a late deal for Tignes / Val d'Isère or 3 Vallées late Jan early Feb,

have a few friends boarding in France at the mo & they say the white stuffs epic :thumbup1:

Went to L'Alpe d'Huez last year, nice resort & some high mountains but beware of lack of snow &

too much sun as it turns the slopes into an ice rink! Also Hit Les Arcs & La Plagne a few years ago which is a great resort & plenty of wide runs

Got 10 days away over kids half term, middle of Feb. Skiing for 5 days with the wife and 2 kids, 10 & 8. Its the kids first time, they are loving the dry slope lessons, so hopefully it will be a winner!

Our first time in the Pyrenees - my parents have retired to the Gers region of France and the Pyrenees are only a couple of hours away. Found a well priced apartment, owned by a Brit couple, who have been helpful in arranging English speaking instructor for the Kids etc.

Really looking forward to it. Then back to my parents for 5 days, which includes 2 or 3 days paid tree work for me. Win win situation.

Happy days!

Enjoy!!
