Timberwolf 190 egnition falt

Hi , i came to start my 190 turbo 2008 today after a year of non use, and having re charged the batery. But only the 1st egnition light comes on not the glow plug light , and nothing is hapening ?. There is the usual clicking that you hear whilst waiting for the glow light ( no light) to go out but nothing else . Not any sound from the starter motor. I have very little mecanical knolage , any advise greatfully reseved

Hi Mark

 

The starter motor should turn when the ignition switch is moved to the crank position. (providing you do not have a stop switch activated)

As this is not happening I would suggest either the battery is faulty and not holding the charge you gave it or you may be a loose electrical terminal, or even the starter motor needs assistance due to its long laid up interval

 

Give Timberwolfs technical help line a call on 01449 765820 they will be able to give more in depth checks to carry out on your chipper
