Just a few pictures of a fallen Birch tree.

Tree went over early hours this morning.

Just trying to show people how little holds some trees up

The tree was about 40 feet tall and was in full leaf in the summer,

it has been standing in water for most of this year and looks as if the roots have rotted.

Yes it would have broken a few cars if it had gone the other way and blocked the road.

Its the Councils tree they will have the wood.

I think that is the problem Rob it has been waterlogged a lot of times in the 13 years I have lived here.

Council take your cord from there jobs?!

It is the councils tree on the green across from my house.

The tree has nothing to do with me, it was just a photo for people who do not get the chance to see a root plate very often.:001_smile:
