Careful, I got slagged off for just referring to srt😂.

 

Think you need to chill out mate, I can tell your enthusiastic regarding Srwp, but it's unfair to right off Ddrt in a thread where someone is specifically asking for help regarding that technique, as Drew stated the argument has been done and is pretty boring we are all climbers so what's does it matter, right tool for the right job. No one has "slagged" you off I think Drew was pretty fair in what he said. If you wanted to bring up Srt in this thread there was better ways of doing it.

Im in agreement with Wouter. Pretty much covered all bases. Except I have never put a 3:1 on my SRT setup coming in from a branch with the wrench or the uni.

 

With regards to climbing system tweaks for DbRT, have you guys tried the Double line rope walker setup? Pretty effortless ascending.

Google it bro, there a good vid by Gerald Beranek explaining it. ( I you don't know his name, he's a legend still very much part of the industry)
