Hi all, I need a 50-60cc saw as the company I have got a job with does not provide saws. I was going to get a nice shiney 550xp from jonsie, but work has been very sparse over the last month so I just can't afford it.

If you have one that you can spare, I would gladly buy it from you. (I cannot face buying one from ebay again. Once stung twice shy an all that..) I'm starting at the beginning of January so could do with one before then.

Thank you :thumbup1:

Got a 260 that needs a new piston if you want a fixer?

Bit strange they don't supply saws, I know there are companies that don't though. You on paye or self employed basis?

Cheers mate, i'll bare that in mind if I don't get anything else offered, another job for spud! :D

and it's PAYE. Everything else is supplied, good choice of climbing gear, ppe etc. I'm not too bothered to be honest, I'd quite like my own saws (for if I need them outside of work).

I have a good used 260 if you're interested, in good order missing hthe chain brake screw that goes into RH side cover, chain brake still functions, sound bar and chain, been in use today so I know it's ok. Not fussed if I sell it or not £175 up to you.

I can see that you need a bit of help, helped Mozza out when he had his saws stolen so am happy to do a real deal on fixing up this saw if it helps you get sorted - least I can do for a fellow Arbtalker!
