Does anyone have any experience of working for this development management company?

 

Ive been asked to quote for the groundsmaintance of a large housing complex managed by Solitaire Property Management and would be glad of an insight as to what they are like eg prompt payers etc?

 

A goggle search would suggest that from a residents point of view there are 'issues' with solitaire so as a contractor I don't want to get burnt fingers. Then again it maintains hundreds of property's so the residents comments I found may be isolated.
