I think its nearer 0% right

I think it's quite right :lol:

In theory a stihl/husky dealer should do a proper "handover" to explain the (safety) features of the saw. If the purchaser can produce saw tickets there is no need for this.

This is why they can only send out saws (or theoretically any stihl products) to either people with tickets or people they've "handed over" saws to before as it proves (on paper) they know what they're doing.

.

Lets see if Justin will be able to find his 'puter in the mist and clarify.

We need to see a ticket or be 100% that the person that will be using it is a pro user, if we are going to post it. No matter what saw it is top handle or not.

If it's in store then we can do the proper handover.

Where's Steve... :confused1:

Steve..

STEVE... !

:001_huh::001_tongue:

Presumably you will only send out ground saws against ground saw tickets, top handles will only go with a 39...? Or is there some flexibility on this....?

So, does that mean I was:

"not correct"

"half right"

"quite right"

or "nearer 0% right"?

That's right, for Stihl certainly. Rob's site is the same, I sent him my NPTC numbers and he could then authorise my account to order Stihl bars & chains [not that I have yet, useless me...:blushing:]
