cut and climb jacket from clarks and berghaus deluge overtrousers and you cant go wrong. its what i have had for a good while now and love the cut and climb jacket

I've had a Harkie smock for a few months and its great. I bought a groundie/climber a Pulsarail jacket and he likes it. Says it's good to climb in and on the ground it has more length and a hood.

I like the Cut & Climb jacket, took it out today, and the rain just stopped as it knew it couldn't beat me. I don't tend to wear waterproof trousers, waste of time, just dry the trousers when you get in.

cut and climb sure is a nice jacket aint it - wouldnt hesitate to buy another if mine died.

 

cant cope with wet saw trousers after a miserable week on my cs32 with soaked type c on all day every day! the berghaus over trousers are almost disposable at a pair every `18 months or so costing 40 quid off amazon delivered.

Over trousers just pee me off because the rip so easily, then you sweat and get as wet as if you weren't wearing them anyway.
