I may be being simple but

On most other fora i use i can do a serch for new posts which i can do here in top right hand corner, but i can also see the posts i have replied to in a list without seeing those i havent posted too can i do it hear i have had a hunt about like i say i mkay be being simples !

Go to your name at the top, look for statistics then it ill be all posts by you or threads started by you.

I know what you mean, this forum platform doesn't do it as far as i know, if you want to follow threads like that you need to subscribe to them......

 

Under thread tools tab at the top by the way!
