LOL i could let you know what was destined for the various Airfields and MOD instalations back in the days before 1992 if the Russkis had decided to punch up there Bombs was quite scarey that this side of the country would not exist to any real way we know today !

 

re the sludge is rank we used to take paper sludge never sweage sludge we had complaints from 10 miles away that we must be spreading humanpoo as it stank so muck it had to be incorperated same day and they used a sprayer to fill the air with perfume ! lol

 

have lifted spuds out of ground that had humanpoo at one time and i tell you not nice to see remaims of well yes going up the web even 5 years afterwards somethings just dont rot !

 

 

Back to OPs problem im absolutly sure there is law against run off and spreading on waterlogged ground !
