Burning Charcoal in my stove

Hi all so before I do this is there any reason i shouldnt? Its beech charcoal I made during the summer for bbq. if it burns hotter than seasoned firewood as it should is there any fear ill reck the stove baring in mind there's a back boiler in it.

Is it a multi fuel or a wood burner.

multi fuel, I burn peat in it from time to time but havent burned coal in it before

I melted mine last year but bashed it back into shape so:thumbup:

If its multi fuel go for it coal burns from the bottom up so it will have a thicker plate than a wood burner.
