Accurate milling with an Alaskan

Got asked to do a job yesterday - had to mill slots in some 8" by 14" beams. Worked really well. The slots had to be between 16mm and 18mm. You don't associate chainsaw milling with super accuracy but the slots came out within the tolerance.

Had to mill up to a certain length. The beam was then flipped over and then milled again keeping all the settings the same to widen the slot.
