That's what I thought. I have read about some of the accidents before but found this page and thought I'd share it. Learning from others accidents and mistakes helps us from making our own!

 

Well you would think it would mate but its far from reality I'm afraid....

 

 

When I read things like this it tells me the level and lack of experience some people do have, I know some of them can not be helped some of them are just freak accidents, but the majority are just plain and simple human ignorance towards there selfs and most importantly others....
