Did mine around 12 years ago and its still not perfect.

 

Ive learned to live with it I guess, but that shouldn't be so. The thing I did wrong was pushing it too early, I was told to take it easy but didnt. That is what they say stopped it healing fully.

 

Take my case as one to follow and take it steady getting back into it, you're a long time living with it otherwise!

i had one pinned which wouldn't heal -was in pot for 3 months and took about 6 to get back to full fitness.i still don't have full confidence in it now really -reckon the hospital made an arse of it! hope yours is much more straightforward.

 

Whats it like having an arse on your wrist ? :lol:

I also have broken 2 other wrist bones but don't think they are too serious, think scaphoid is the main one. Is does hurt a lot at the moment, going to get done good physio after it settles down a bit. Don't want to rush it, but want to get climbing ASAP, oh well these things happen, didn't think it would be such a awkward little bone to break, but cheers for all your replies!
