Not meaning to sound like i want sympathy i just need some hints for my problem i cant keep trying to gain employment as a subby im in desprate need for full time tree work with baby coming in less than 3 weeks starting to panic quite abit hoping maybe someone may have tips for getting settled into a firm thanks people

I haven't followed your career to date, have you tried applying for full time positions? Have you posted in the Employment section looking for work? Have you written a brief summary of you skills and posted them up for potential employers to see? Try making up a photo and/or video CV and posting that of your abilities. don't forget Arbjobs and CTC recruitment too. Can I ask why you've left it until the last 3 weeks to look fo work? I'd guess you've known a few months now? Read Silky Foxs "in Desperate times..." thread for inspiration. If that fails read the "Stress" thread. :biggrin:

Thanks appriciated andy been applying for about two years and just subbying all over the place so to answer your question i havent left it till now just finding it hard to get a firm to employ me but il just keep on truckin

 

Well then I sounds like you've been doing the right thing but times are tough.

Or there's something wrong with you.

Keep looking mate, phone all the local firms on google maps, yell.com

and earborist, arbjobs and ctc

 

here you go, two jobs both in chelmsford so not far
