Tree Surgeon Shrewsbury [potentially] wanted....

Hi guys

Pricing up some work for a client of ours.

There's a reasonable sized Wellingtonia dismantle needs doing.

It's not a definite and will only become part of our package if their regular tree surgeon can't do the job.

I'm looking for a minimum 4 man team with a decent sized chipper & pick up / lorry.

It's a big old tree and everything will need removing from site.

I haven't measured it but I guess from memory it's probably standing around 50 feet and the base is probably getting on for 4' diameter.

The stump will need grinding out. We'll dig the roots afterwards.

I think the client is doing the TPO / planning application.

Obviously all the insurances will need to be in place and I'll need written risk & method before you start. I can help with this if necessary.

PM me if you're interested and I'll give you some more details.

Update on this one....

Just spoken to our client and I've been asked to 'throw this in' with a re-roof which is over budget....

Spec has changed a little now to 1 big welli and a smaller pine.

Permission has now been granted to remove.

Would need to be sectional dismantle and can be left as a stump.

Chip can be stockpiled on site and they want to keep the wood [god knows why!]

Would need to be done in the Easter holidays.

Think I'm looking for a 3 or 4 man team [climber, 2 groundies & chipper operator] with their own chipper & tipper.

Anyone interested in looking at this? :001_smile:
