Exactly my point, everyone else sells so called dry seasoned wood when it clearly is not..... So usual log seller selling some cherry that's not split and still wet is the norm for round here anyway ....

Ad 1 - 3 seasoned trunks, a home owner with a BnQ special saw will save a few bob over buying from garages, and have a good dinner story

 

Ad 2 - Bulk bag of cherry logs for 75quid-pics for illustration only

 

Ad 3 - free stump, even says they're just trying to save a trip to the tip

Nowt wrong with them ads - not in the same league as the jokers that want you to pay to stunt fell and hand ball a pop out of their no access garden.

hey if i was short of wood, had the time, was very local to me i would give 20 quid for the euc trunks. mix it into pile with oak, birch and some softwood and you have a happy log shed for elderly parent.

 

I do agree though other two ads are a laugh.
