I have a work site beside a rural main road and need an instant screen to prevent noise and people climbing into.

Whole area is now World Heritage so local council unhappy about solid wooden fence on top of stone wall. Ideas needed please and if hedge species needs to be road salt spray proof!

Agricultural design needs no planning permission.

Evergreen? If not Ive planted Guelder rose , dogwood and Juneberry (non native) on the roadside where cars keep popping through hedge at my parents, but if you buy this sort of thing large size(instant) will cost.

Bamboo?

200m ouch! Miscanthus? Or another dense large grass. Trouble is you aint going to get instant without ££££££££££s. Fencing materials arent cheap either.

Agri design how abouts felled conifer poles built in a log cabin style wall with posts hammered through bored holes only the top hole needs to be tidy if your bothered. Then start a hedge on one side.
