My experience exactly; Trust wholly unprofessional, arborisk excellent. Talking to a mate today who said come a claim, trust keep saying the theft was outwith the terms blah blah blah...

 

Trust paid out in 2 days for my claim, I guess every story is different.

I took out my first business policy last year and having spoken to the 'usual suspects' I ended up going with Trust for a few reasons. they were extremely personable, understood the nature of my work, and the price was competative for the extra cover.

 

i always wondered why people are so intent in buying quality prodcuts but when it comes to things like insurance, people dont remember that you get what you pay for !!
