There is no mention of these plates been purchased in a time of hardship.

Some may be finding it hard just now, others may not.

No need for resentment towards the latter imo.

I am not a fan of private number plates but what someone does with their money is up to them, you have no justification of saying they are wasting their money to them it isn't wasting there money it is buying something they want.

Touched a nerve have i? maybe people have issues in earlier life that this sort of bling makes them feel better about? on company vehicles they are a cheap advert. I guess they are cheaper than therapy or cosmetic surgery for a small penis!

I don't care much for private plates.

 

What people want to do is up to them, I thought about getting private plates. Until I relised what a pain it is going to be when changing vehicles and having to revert the plates a swap and change and all the paperwork involved.
