Just got some new toys to replace those half inched a little while ago new FS410 brushcutter with a silly choke, i though well it's a bit odd but that'll be fine, took it out to drop a few trees in a reed bed about an hour into the job though that's funny wheres my choke knob, went to the dealer got a new one fitted it took it back out to work and 2 days later it drops off again, and don't get me started on my new 'there is no problem with this' MS 261 just as shoddy as my old one 2 weeks work, 1 broken clutch spring one shagged needle bearing and a very worn cir-clip

Do you have the solid spur sprocket or the floating rim on. I know there were some problems with the 261 and the floating rim. Think it caused clutch issues.
