You can't go wrong with a 372 and a 20" bar with full chisel chain. Any bigger saw is just dead weight unless all you've got to cut up is monster timber... Stick a 15" bar on and it's mad quick on smaller stuff.

 

Stick an 8 tooth rim on with the 15" and it's even quicker again :thumbup1:

 

Mine lives with a 15" most of the time for felling rougher pines etc and it just eats wood.

I reckon if you're not using a husky (jonsered) or stihl and you haven't killed it yet you're not working hard enough......

 

The two companies above have spent the last 50 yrs making sure these things are robust, don't knock you about and are fast and cheap to run. They've both had little "issue" saws now and again but you go into the woods or a tree surgeons yard and you'll rarely find anything but models from the big H or S. they're just designed for hard work.
