Sure is. Pussy Riot are from Russia. This is a group of activists from Ukraine called FEMEN that use nudity to get attention. And it works.

The chainsaw operator in the video has had to flee Ukraine as an arrest order has been issued against her. She would likely be charged and sentenced to many years in prison for her "offence" like the girls from Pussy Riot.
