look on ebay for recycled plastic sheet its like ply but totally weather proof i used it to build a chip body for my truck and got the visible faces covered with dibond ally board and it looks the dogs,its much cheaper than grp and i think it will last longer to

glad you like it:thumbup:the only real problem is although its like wood in all other respects the fixing needs a bit of thought i used 'threaded pronged t nuts' pretty easy to find with a bit of googleing, i should also point out that the boards on ebay are seconds and are only mostly perfect ,they were great for i needed anyway !

I noticed they were seconds, but I'm not bothered about that
