Marlow Boa lanyard

Could you use marlow boa (9mm) prussik/ accessory cord as a lanyard for rec climbing? Just wondering

Never tried a cinch but have heard only good things about them .

10.5mm is a better choice, static line is dirt cheap.

Probly prussic and pulley seems to work fine for me
