Sam if you want a cheaper option just fix a pulley onto a cambium saver using a Mallion and loctite.

i tried that actually and loved it only downside is how the hell do i retreive it from the ground

Cambium ball retriever on the end of your line or make your own like dan Curtis out of a bottle lid.
