I'm just considering going to sleep but as usual the draw of Arbtalk's timeline keeps me upright....since 2008 I've been clocking up about 5 or 6 hours on here..sometimes a lot more! Probably like your good self Mr Plogs.what a great forum it is and the only one I go on....totally addicted, and have no intention of giving it up.My third week/weekend alcohol free so extremely clear headed.had my last meal at six which was low fat cottage cheese with tomato on Granary bread baked by my mother....nevet felt so confident about achieving my optimum weight by Xmas and from then eat and do what I want in moderation whilst maintaining my new healthy lifestyle! At last I've found peace within myself.i am very content.........but not very tired any more....just feel good about myself:)

About

Arbtalk.co.uk is a hub for the arboriculture industry in the UK.
If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.

See you inside.
