looks like an exenco to me

we had one similar about 21 years ago gravity fed but suprisingly good even on the good old elms

Had one on hire in 1987...my first year of going it alone. Plenty of power but heavy little b!$*ard. Burnt the clutch out on my Nissan pick-up on rough ground:sad:

thanks Steve, wish I had concentrated harder at school I wondered what those symbols on the side meant.

good old engine as i remember, but they are heavy and are gravity feed, but they could throw the chips some distance.

 

if i'm correct i think wilkie recycling took over the dealership for them and still stock parts

Exenco gravity feed drum chipper, 40hp ford industrial diesel engine.

I have been after one to restore for a while if its cheap enough.

 

i would like to nominate mr ed for the chipper man of the year

or the sadist chipper man of the year
