umm your making me think now, i dont want a cortizone because like you said.... 1 way path!!!! but it isnt in to the bone/joint, its the band that supports the tendons and stops them moving all over the shop, so maybe its a different injection, i will find out tho!!

Had the surgery on two hands 1 week out, no big deal.:wave:

Problems are over since the surgery 5 and 6 years ago.

Please dont go to the cortisone path!

my step mum is a nurse and said it is the dreaded injection, but i cant go against a doctor, id sooner have the op than injections as long as they knock me out!!!!

Been reading this and it is common with climbers, i get the pins and needles and numbness in both my arms and hands, more so my right, sometimes it wakes me up at night and it is frustrating when you need to go to the toilet :cussing:

Yeah had dead arms think its cos i put my arms under my pillow and sleep on them its freaky when ya wake up and try to use them ha ha.

i do that too, think its so i can spoon up to my girl

well ive had the injection in one wrist, wasnt that bad and the doc reconsits the best thing considering i use my wrists alot,

just gotta wait a few days for full effects!!:beer:

You mean you can't aim/steer with your knees?:toilet:
