Is that including or plus vat?

Who's doing the cutting' date=' the mewp operator or you?[/quote']

Just machine hire, I still had to do all the work

They charge for a full tank of diesel unless you tell them you will refuel before returning it and insurance is 18% of the hire charge.

Delivery/collection will kill it, have you not got a trailer you could use or hire a trailer from them for about £35 +VAT if you have the vehicle/license to tow it.

I did a day with a hired in cabstar 18m operated and it cost me close to £500 inc VAT so £340 isn't too bad considering it includes everything

I was going to say £340 incl. seemed about right.

£180 hire

£40 each way delivery/collection

Plus Vat

=£312

15% hire insurance.

=£27

£339 all in.

To Sheffield with owner operator with a tracked 18m and a groundy I would be charging you £595

If you think Supplying £50k - £60k worth of kit for £340 is dear then you need to dust off your harness

Surely the fact that I am unfamiliar with the current hire rates for mewps would lead the more astute to conclude there ain't no dust on me harness, apart from the current days sawdust.
