Not bad, I'd like one in a PDF format as i have to keep re-spacing these word doc.s and they are a bone ache to print like that.

 

Otherwise very good but i'd guess very similar to ones that those of us doing large commercial works have to submit anyway.

Thanks Tony, had a quick read through it, will do more later, looks good, a bit long winded but thats the AA i guess. prob combine mine with that to get the best of both.

My local council just emailed it to me.. Shame it wasn't a couple of months back after I went to great effort to do my own!
