10 acre clear fell, 15 year old pine trees, what could the timber be used for?

1 day too late but 10 year old pine trees? Is that not ideal Xmas trees? I'm sure the tree I borrowed this year was around that age. Maybe think about it for next November.

10 Acres of clear fell, personally i would love that contract. I would get a firewood processor on site and sell it straight from the site. I have a high amount of customers now that buy my arb arisings straight from the job as most people who want firewood have log burners so un-seasoned is fine for them. I do lose a touch of value through it being un-seasoned but that way i get a quick turn over on arb arisings.

I went along with TCD to see the job, they have been advised to apply for clear fell licence then get back in touch

I honestly cannot believe that would you even contemplate felling any trees/s for nothing just to get some wood. The mind boggles!!
