I have just received my renewal notice for my vehicle insurance - a Ford Ranger pick up - and it has gone down!!!!!!!

 

I think this is the first time in 20 something years the existing company has offered me a renewal at a reduced premium. Well done Direct Line for offering me a 10% reduction and I have had to make a number of changes to the policy over the year and they have done this without any extra premiums or admin fees. (Previous company wanted £29 when I rang to inform them I had been made redundant and wanted to change use!!)

Yep, just paid £1.359 a litre for diesel this afternoon. It was only a few weeks ago it was £1.489!

My god, could this be the upturn we've all been waiting for?!

 

My insurance went down as well earlier this year... I think it's because the Brussels Sprouts have made our long suffering WAGS pay a bit more instead....!
