hi to all I have bought this saw from my local dealer I got the 18" bar on it what are your thought of them I have had 5 fill ups so it should be getting to full power soon iam mainly using it for logging for firewood

In short - there are issues with the sprocket bearing, I haven't worked on one but it looks like the bearing colapses with use so look out for play on the sprocket or changing unexpected chain tensioning.

I run one on a 16" bar and love it

 

just keep an eye on the clutch bearing though

Great saw providing you change the needle bearing , i run mine with a 16" as in picture, cut 6 tonne of oak today with it, bags of grunt!!
