Countless possibilities, fuel, compression, spark.

Is there fuel getting through, is the spark plug wet after trying, is there a spark when plug held against cylinder when trying to start. Does it feel like ther is compression when pulled. If you got one put a tester on it to see.

Ok to with the other options then, without a tester you can't be sure but if it hasn't changed since you had it I would check the others first and come back to compression, if you don't have a tester I would recommend one as its so easy to plug it on and test, just for piece of mind.
