Doesn't take a genius to make a profile of anyone. All your movements are known, all your communications are available, you can make a fair guess on a character just by reading a couple of post on forums such as this. If you're doing nothing wrong then what does it matter? They can read what they like into what I say, they can follow me all week if they wish and they can tap my phones, Im that boring they'd soon go and listen to someone else. The only people who need to fear the monitoring, are the criminal element, those who wish to harm others, or those whose activities are intended to rob others, surely this is a good thing, not the evil that you portray.
