Smoke came out of the bonnet of my car, pulled over and opend it up, there was Fire!!

turns out the ac had seized up.

how much to replace and flush- £838

combined with the week off with the kids makes me feel just a little poor!

Wouldn't bother with the AC. Just remove the belt for it. That'll save you £838 repair and it'll save you fuel too.

Break pads front and rear suplied and fitted for my Range Rover Sport, guess how much.........:sneaky2:

£475...... And to top it off they have just been on the phone to say it needed disks too!

Didnt even ask what the full bill is, im just sending my lass to pick it up :scared1:

Paid £60 for front pads supplied and fitted to my Merc C180K sport estate. Paid £30 for set of rear pads and fitted them myself in 20 mins. Last month had Jeep Grand Cherokee handbrake shoes replaced by garage for £30, they also replaced 2 front suspension arms (parts cost £45 each, new), and welded plate on centre silencer, and fitted new number plate bulb and couple of other little bits, and they MOTd it.... cost for the whole lot....£300 incl vat. Bargain
