as title says, not seen one like this before presuming it was council .or made up in his scrap yard ? Anybody got any ideas of the make

looks like they've welded a bunk onto an ifor trailer.

That is waaaaay nose heavy and will tow like a pig, when loaded with its small (road legal payload) it will tow like a small pig.

 

Demounting the engine tank and pump onto the towing vehicle will improve things a little.

chap has said it will only hold 1.5 ton if !!!
