Thanks mate yeah I took it pretty easy, I have to for around a month, crown lifted three Beech trees a Holm Oak and reduced an Ash tree.

I get Codeine Phosphate 30 mg and Diclofenac Sodium on prescription, I was off all last week, two visits to the Osteopath at 35 quid a pop and one massage therapy treatment at 20 quid, expensive week.

 

First climb today.

saw a physio last nt but no joy,gonna go again 2moro.not keen on takin drugs but tried co codamol and no affect,just gonna ride the wave me thinks and hopefully not lose too much money along the way and piss too many clients off
