portawrap damaged or not

has this portawrap been damaged or should it be bent like this if it has been damaged any ideas as to what could have caused it

not a fan of that style anyway but the one Ive used, that hook stands straight up whereas that looks about 15 degrees off?

Seen as how the hook takes the full load first it has been shock loaded or should I say shock over loaded ??

In that case there's nothing wrong with the device Bob, it should pass it's Loler if the hook is only guiding, so what's the problem

the owner of the portawrap was adamant that the bent bit was how it came and he had never abused or driven over it ect and so i just wondered what you boys and dean thought about it
