Ok, I guessed, by the fact you responded, that it might not be a wage cut! Sorry to offend.

Im desperate for a change of scenery believe me, but im worried as things for me are tight and may get worse. 3.5% above libor I am, have to be very careful in the current climate. its cool at the mo, low rate but what about next year or the year after?

so if that before taxs what the net income im just trying to compare to what we pay and how we pay jobs here r advertised with the net wage sorry for being a muppet en all lol
