Oh ok! I have 6 :blushing:

 

$75nz each. but i will be getting at least one more, i struggled to find a use at first but im now seeing more uses for them. great bits of kit.

nice one,how do you set the floating anchor for footlocking?like the ropeguide retrival one,doesnt it get tangled up whilst working?not as good as a double snapper tho.......:001_cool:

hey adam, tie an alpine butterfly or inline fi8 into both lines below your footlock prussic and clip your carabiners/revolvers into those.make sense?

You only tie the tail to the rope (on the rg retrieval) over the branch when your about to descend out of the tree, i put them close just for the photo. sorry bout that bud.

sweet as!do you tie the fig8 at the end or whatever length at ground level of you acces line then pull it up and over thebranch (im all things footlocking at the moment)

sorry just looked at it again and it makes sense!

 

just make sure your footlock prussic bites, then sit in your harness and tie the knots midline below your prussic. gotta tie into both lines remember:thumbup:

Donr forget you can remove the karabiners from the ground before pulling the line out completely. Nothing worse than getting a biner stuck in the crotch with the other end of the line off the ground and unreachable!
