Hi guys had this rope about 6 months now and noticed the splice stitching is looking a little on the loose side, is this safe to climb on? Iv been told its ok but I want a second opinion.

Re-stitch it yourself or get it re-stitched by someone. That stitching is pretty knackered though and it would fail LOLER imo. But thats not to say its unsafe , the stitching doesn't add to the strength of the splice.

But i would get it sorted for peace of mind.

Don't let the ease of that fool you bro-the throat of the pi splice will be a lot tougher to get the needle through!! Good instructional video, good luck
