Get to the job, get set up, take a break, maybe 30 mins, then go till it's done on one day or two dayjobs.

On jobs that are on going (utilities etc), crack on in the morning (that's when most of the work gets done) take a breather about 12 or 1, then carry on till about 4. Spend about 30mins at the end of the day getting a plan together for the next day so you can get straight into it in the morning.

Coffee at 8am, have a pow wow!

I deligate the jobs in the order of crap/jaggy to just jaggy to who annoyed me the most the previous day.

I then play some angry birds while the boring stuff gets done, after preaching all the health and safety stuff, I usually stuntfell something the wrong way round to the direction of drag and make a big mess and go for 9oclocksies, involving fresh coffee, fried pig and eggs, then it's lunch at 12pm, tea time at 3pm , home for 4.35pm

There will be a lot of diluted juice, wispas, haribos and donuts thrown in along the way:)

Priceless!

But Stephen, you forgot to mention getting back to site at 3:30 and giving the lads a bollocking for not doing enough while you were away doing important, erm, office stuff and, ahem, quotes!

I have a different tactic, I let them away with all their little mistakes and bad habits at the time but they do not realise they are going on the crappy/jaggy list for the next day:biggrin:

My guys are great, they know their job so get left to it:thumbup1:
