Evening all!

 

im just running a few 'out of the box ideas' like you do :001_smile:. does anyone know if one of the above such as the jcb one run a post driver etc??

Jcb beaver pack will lift the 350kg weight on my post driver but don't expect it to be as quick as tractor hydraulics

 

but the speed it comes down is the most important factor in productivity

Not if it takes 2 or 3 times the amount of time to lift the weight the full height of the mast. I know there is a massive difference between the powerpack and mog in terms of speed of hammer lift.

What would you mount a knocker on other than a tractor? (Mines on the front of the 530 70)

I have seen post drivers mounted on all manner of contraptions wierd and wonderful than needed a power pack to supply pressure. One of my favourites was a Toyota land cruiser trayback with the post driver mounted on a side shift behind the cab!
