hi does any one know where i can get my kohler engine looked at due to missfiring problems in the nottingham area. some one who has had a lot of experience with these engines would be preffered thanks ......

check ht coils check spark plugs check fuel filter check carb is clean check governor is working corect check fuel is good check fuel tank pick up check compression and check oil level and condition give it a full service.

 

then pay someone else is it still does not work

i had an old kohler k582s on my gravely chipper doing the same, it was the pepper pot exhaust that had melted the regulator rectifier. We also got a new coil and condensor. problem was solved.
