I would want that done in a day. 1 climber 3 groundsmen.

 

It's one of those jobs where you do really well, everything goes crackingly to plan then on the very last cut you put a small stub through the roof of a boat or static.

 

I'd do it for £1200 if they move all the statics and the boats the day before I turn up :001_smile:

 

That does'nt happen to me Dean :D

 

and with a crane, there should be no small stubs being cut...

If it was necessary to finish it in a day then 3-4 groundsman would do it. If there was enough room to crane everything first day and finish up clearing up on the second I would prefer it that way. Would this not depend on how busy a company is and what work there is to move on to?

Thanks guys was hoping that someone might come up with an idea for around the grand mark, spoke to him again this morning after taking a more experienced climber with me we both came up with 2k customer said "no thanks" this fella rang me once before hes nuts he felled a monster willow right beside the river with a 26 and tractor got his chainsaw stuck just cutting it all way round and pullin with the tractor, also since Id last spoken to him hes been snapping lumps of the trees with a teleporter.
