The workplace ain't a democracy. And I never realized what a delicate 'lil flower you are, Tock. ;)

In my worklife I've been on the recieving end of some dogs abuse I can tell you.....there's no way i'll ever treat anyone who works for me that way.

You come to work, its where you spend most of your life, during that time you should respect each other and carry out your work without resorting to petty authoritarianism....which is the tone of your list.

Good people people usually end up working with other good people anyway. The tone of your list suggests that you havent exactly attracted good people your way...strange....isn't it?

tim.

in defense of mb, as a freelance climber he doesn't have the need attract groundstaff. like me, and yourself for that matter, he gets what he's given on the day, if he doesnt like that he can choose not to work for said employer again.

wether or not we agree with his article or not, the one thing cant be changed is that he took his personal time to write that with the help of others with no particlular real personal gain....that alone has to be commendable if nothing else.

ok so then rather than criticizing, focus on revising a version which would be more realistic.

that would be of more benefit to anyone that picking apart someone elses version.

kinda like for arguements sake a chipper manufacturer focus their efforts on rubbishing someone elses machine rather than improving on their own
