Starting from the Groundie

I am now working for large Treesurgery company based in Dorset hope to work up to climbing but has any one got some advice an being a good groundie ??

ive read that before, the guy who wrote that lives in fantasy land imo.

well i did say some of it needs revising. a lot of the points are good, maybe exagerrated.

Work hard,dont take days off,learn to sharpen ASAP.
